See here: secretary-worx-at-saxion-university

Connect, it WorX for secretaries
Get secretaries on board in the HR Saxion WorX (New Way of Work) program! In the secretary WorX co-creation user adoption program, secretaries started their journey together to define their persona, their work and their role as ‘spiders in the web’. They also defined all the tools, agreements and behavior necessary to be the result-oriented, efficient worker that enjoys doing her work from any place and time – and achieving more effectiveness in unburdening the manager. They defined how to use the Connections collaborative tools to achieve more substitutability and knowledge sharing. This actually got them to ‘get’ Connections for what it can do for them.
Join this session if you want to learn about the adoption program, the way we did this, learn about the effect and how we made it fun and ‘of themselves’.
